After the 1950s, however, the original practice for creating pink mirror was exposed as dangerous and other materials came in to fashion.

Like many other types of colorful mirror, pink mirror can be hard to find. Many companies use alternatives, like plastic (acrylic), which is much more available than regular pink mirror.
